Payment structure

What it costs to apply through Orbuni

Applying is free. You pay in three clearly separate places, and Orbuni's fee is the only one that comes to us.

Apply — freeNo fee to apply and no payment before a university sends you an offer letter.

Our service fee — once, after your offerPick Standard, Plus or Premier. Same price whichever university you choose.

Tuition — direct to the universityYou pay the university itself, never Orbuni. Government fees (visa, residence permit) are also paid by you directly.

Standard

$800 once

≈ $67 a month if spread over a year

University and programme selection
Application preparation and submission
Document checking before anything is sent
Every update, from submission to offer letter
A named Orbuni counsellor

Most chosen

Plus

$1,650 once

≈ $138 a month if spread over a year

Everything in Standard
Visa assistance — what to prepare and how to apply
Airport pickup when you land in Türkiye
Arrival assistance in your first days

Premier

$2,650 or 2 × $1,325

Second part taken 30 days later, then it stops

Everything in Plus
A trusted visa agent in your own country
Escort to your university for registration
Residence permit application support

The monthly figures are only a budgeting guide — you pay the service fee once, not monthly. If a service cannot be completed, part of the fee comes back: 10% on Standard, 20% on Plus, 30–40% on Premier.
