Yes. Parents often pay. The fee is paid only after the offer letter, on a myorbuni.com checkout page, and tuition goes straight to the university.
No. Tuition and university deposits are paid directly to the university's own account, never to Orbuni. You get the university's receipt.
No. Universities decide admission and scholarships, and embassies decide visas. Orbuni tells you honestly what your grades are likely to get and shows you the university's own paperwork before you pay.
